Rosemary Potato Wedges

Ingredients
Potatoes, unpeeled
Garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
rosemary
salt
pepper
crush red pepper

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

2. Slice potatoes into wedges or fry-like pieces. Place on baking sheet. Crush garlic cloves and lay beside potatoes.

3. Drizzle EVOO over potatoes and sprinkle rosemary, salt, pepper and red pepper on the potatoes. Mix to coat.

4. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once
