Macaroni and Cheese

If you like thick, sticky-cheesy macaroni and cheese, this is the perfect recipe!
Ingredients
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 T. butter
1-1/2 T. flour
1-1/2 c. milk
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour, stirring constantly over low heat for one minute.
2. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Stirring is important so you don’t burn the milk!) Stir in salt and pepper.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in cheddar and Velveeta cheese until melted. Add pasta and mix until well coated.
