Macaroni and Beef Goulash

“This is how my mom always made goulash. She was pretty vague on measurements when she gave me the recipe, though.”

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
Tomato juice (add as much or as little as you like
Tomatoes, chopped
Garlic salt, to taste
Elbow macaroni, cooked & drained

1. Mix all ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes
