Easy PB & Chocolate Fudge

“No candy thermometer needed, seriously!”
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 1/4 cup sugar
7 ounces Marshmellow creme
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Line an 8×8″ pan with foil. Measure peanut butter into one bowl and chocolate chips into another.
2. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, marshmellow creme and butter in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat; stir contantly, til boiling. Boil and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla immediately. Stir half of hot mixture into peanut butter, til melted. Quickly pour into prepared pan. Stir rest of hot mixture into chocolate chips, til melted. Quickly pour over peanut butter layer.
3. Cool completely. Remove from pan. Peel off foil and discard. Cut fudge into 1″ squares.
4. Store in airtight container
