My favorite recipe is one I found in Family Circle magazine about 15 years ago. It is for pork meatballs with oriental seasoning. They can be made small for appetizers or larger as an entree. I think they are good cold as well as hot.

I don’t really have a recipe box, just a lot of cookbooks and binders and folders on a shelf. It works though.

When my mother passed away I got her recipes – she had most of them in spiral notebooks. I also have a small little box that I have some in but not near as many as hers!
