<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
Potatoes, unpeeled<br />
Garlic cloves<br />
Extra virgin olive oil<br />
rosemary<br />
salt<br />
pepper<br />
crush red pepper</p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.</p>
<p>2. Slice potatoes into wedges or fry-like pieces. Place on baking sheet. Crush garlic cloves and lay beside potatoes.</p>
<p>3. Drizzle EVOO over potatoes and sprinkle rosemary, salt, pepper and red pepper on the potatoes. Mix to coat.</p>
<p>4. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once</p>

8-10 red potatoes, unpeeled<br />
Stick &amp; a half of butter<br />
minced garlic<br />
cayenne (red) pepper<br />
parsley flakes<br />
bacon bits</p>
<p>1. Wash and scrub potatoes.  Boil until tender.  Mash with fork, potato masher, or with electric mixer.  Mix in butter.</p>
<p>2. Mix in desired amount of spices and bacon bits.  Serve with brown gravy, cream corn, country gravy, or just eat it plain!  It’s so good that you don’t need anything else on it.</p>
